EmiStatR 1.2.6 (2026-10-15)

Add structured author and maintainer metadata in Authors@R.
Remove repository and issue URLs that return HTTP 404 to public visitors.
Exclude the repository README from the source package because it links to development and release files that are not shipped.
Address CRAN manual review comments: update Title and Description, add the package method DOI, document Volume2Level() return values, remove Rd template placeholders, and make examples fully executable.
